A career in the cattle industry has always been at the forefront for Neil Johnson. He was fortunate to spend his childhood on a family farm, raising both dairy and beef cattle. Years of heavy involvement in the 4-H, FFA and Collegiate beef projects lead to a B.S. degree in Animal Science from South Dakota State University and a passion for producing top quality cattle throughout the country.
From a young age Neil learned about breeding cattle from his father, Gregg, who worked as an ABS Sales Representative. Neil started AI’ing cattle on his own at age 14 and has since become an independent ABS Sales Rep. In 2003 he attended Embryo Transfer training through AgTech Inc. Combining his years of breeding experience and proven skills in Embryo Transfer, Neil started Dandy Acres Enterprises.
